  1. IT IS VERY GOOD. EVERY DEPARTMENT SHOULD DISPLAY ORGANIZATION CHART.BUT RAILWAY TOO NOT DOING CANDID.THOUGH, WHAT HAS BEEN DONE BY DISPLAYING ORGANIZATION CHART IS APPRECIABLE BUT IT HAS BEEN DONE WITH HALF HEART.MINISTERIAL LEVEL E/MAIL ADDRESSES HAVE BEEN DISPLAYED BUT SUBORDINATE OFFICERS'S OFFICE ADDRESS/E-MAIL ADDRESSES AND CONTACTS NUMBERS HAVE NOT BEEN DISPLAYED. SO PAGE BECOMES WORTHLESS WITHOUT THESE CONTACTS INFORMATION ON THE WEB. INFORMATION REGARDING TO TAKE MEASURE FOR PARCEL BOOKING(TO SAFE THE PACKED ITEMS FROM THE HANDS OF UNSCRUPULOUS PERSONS IN THE WAY OF RAILWAY JOURNEY TREADED BY PARCEL) IS REQUIRED TO ME. I MET THE CONCERNED OFFICIAL SEXENA AT AMRITSAR WHO REFUSED TO GIVE IT. THEN I MET ASSISTANT TRAFFIC MANAGER(MR. SANDHU)WHO ALSO LAUGHED IT AWAY AND SUGGESTED TO INSURE THE ARTICLES BY PRODUCING BILLS OF PURCHASED ITEMS.WHEN I SAID THAT THE ITEMS ARE PURCHASED MANY YEARS BACK AND BILLS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS STAGE AND RAILWAY SHOULD MAKE A SURVEY REPORT OF THE ITEMS WITH US JOINTLY AND THEN SHOULD GET IT PACK IN THE PRESENCE OF BOTH PARTIES(OURSELVES & RAILWAY PERSONNEL/EMPLOYEE).UPON THIS MR. SANDHU GOT ANNOYED AND REFUSED TO DIVULGE ANY ACCURATE INFORMATION.MY REQUEST IS THAT JOINT SEALS BE AFFIXED ON THE PARCEL.COPY OF SEALS PRINT (MARK/STAMP ON SEALS) BE KEPT IN THE RECORD OF RAILWAY AND ITS ONE COPY (CARBON) BE HANDED OVER TO ME. NOW I WANT TO GET THAT INFORMATION THROUGH R.T.I ACT. BUT NO ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE FALLING UNDER MEMBER TRAFFIC HAS BEEN SHOWN IN ORGANIZATION CHART. MORE OVER, OFFICE ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER/E/MAIL ADDRESS OF MEMBER TRAFFIC HAS NOT BEEN DISPLAYED. SO I HAVE BEEN LEFT IN LURCH.TELL ME, DOES THIS ORGANIZATION CHART SERVE THE REAL PURPOSE? MY E/MAIL ADDRESS IS: bhangujs@hotmail.com.WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEND THE E/MAIL ADDRESSES OF THE CONCERNED OFFICERS WHO IMMEDIATE COME UPWARD IN HIERARCHY OF 0RGANISATION STRUCTURE CONTROLLING MR. SANDHU, SO THAT I MAY BE ABLE TO SEND MY GRIEVANCE TO THEM AS WELL ON E/MAIL AGAINST. MR. SANDHU & SEXENA.APART FROM THIS, AS WELL FOR TO APPLY UNDER R.T.I ACT TO GET THE REQUISITE INFORMATION, BY ME THAT RAILWAY SHOULD FURNISH THE INFORMATION OF ALL THAT MEASURES BY APPLYING WHICH THE UNSCRUPULOUS PERSONS ARE MADE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY ILLEGAL ACT TO THE ITEMS IN PARCEL PACKET WHILE THE PARCEL/ PACKAET IS IN THE CUSTODY OF RAILWAYS. REMOVE MY DOUBT/FEAR BY ENSURING THAT RAILWAY HAS REMEDIAL MEASURE FOR SUCH APPREHENDED SITUATIONS & IS REQUESTED TO SEND PROCEDURE STEPS OF HANDING OVER /TAKING OVER THE ARTICLES PACKABLE IN A (4FEET X 3FEET X 2FEET) CONTAINER.PROCEDURE MUST BE OF SUCH A DESIGN THAT IT ELIMINATES MALEFICENT FACTORS MENTIONED BY ME AND PROCEDURE MUST DISPEL FEARS/DOUBTS & APPREHENSIONS POINTED OUT AS ABOVE.
    WITH BEST WISHES.
